It's always a good idea to see someone who someone is when they are not in play. Someone who is a good player but is a rude and disrespectful person isn't wanted but, someone who is the opposite of that would be wanted. Everyonr deserves a chance to try out something they always have wanted to do. Giving them a chance can be life changing for them. For example, there's a boy at school who loves basketball and finally they put him in one of the games but, every time they passed him the ball he would miss. Then the opposite team had the ball and at the last 15 seconds the ball was given to hma nd he finally made it, that would be life changing for him because he has always wanted to be apart of the team or play atleast one game.
